Parenting can be overwhelming - with a tremendous amount of energy, organisation and emotional stamina needed to get through each day.

It s common to feel exhausted and frustrated.

There is a good deal of information available on websites and in book form on ways to help parents.

  22. Interested in new things
  23. Volunteers to help others
  24. Gets along well with adults
